80 proof vodka has around 64 calories per ounce, or 96 calories per shot. Most flavored vodkas use natural and artificial flavors which add no calories. If straight vodka is too much for you to handle, add a splash of cranberry juice or a little club soda.
A see breeze cocktail is made with vodka, cranberry juice, and grapefruit juice. When you order, tell the bartender that you want mostly grapefruit juice with a little cranberry. The classic margarita is low calorie and made with juice, tequila, triple sec, and lime juice leaving out the sugary rim and flavored mixers getting the calories to 150 calories. You can add orange for extra flavor.
Anything mixed with tea
Most spirits come in under 100 calories and they all pair well with iced tea. Make sure to avoid sweet tea because it can have nearly 5 tablespoons of sugar per serving. Unsweetened tea will have zero calories.
If you like it simple, try Rosé. It is a total of 85 calories.
